Panasoft, an Athens, Greece based software company specializing in bringing Front, Mid and Back Office solutions to the Travel Industry has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. The company is a market leader in its field and is currently expanding its operations in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, assistance and training to our customers via phone, e-mail or on site. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Athens, have an EU citizenship, or be allowed to legally work in Greece.

Required:
  • Excellent command of the English language. Verbal and written communication in English must be fluent.
  • Degree in graduate studies, preferably in Tourism.
  • Ability to travel.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with back office or accounting software.
  • IT background.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
  • 2 years working experience with a GDS, preferably SABRE.
  • Knowledge of Travel Force 2000 will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Troubleshooting skills, analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to solve technical problems.
  • Ability to manage and meet customer expectations.
  • Willing to work flexible hours is helpful.
